You may disconnect AJEA Ledger Bridge from QuickBooks Online at any time.

How to disconnect

Use the connected-apps or apps overview area in QuickBooks Online to disconnect AJEA Ledger Bridge, or email jlemay@ajeagroup.com for assistance. After Intuit revokes access, the connector can no longer call the QuickBooks API. Locally stored access and refresh tokens should also be cleared from the authorized Windows computer.

What disconnection does

Disconnecting stops future API access. It does not reverse bookkeeping entries that an authorized user previously directed the connector to create or change. Review QuickBooks Online before disconnecting if you need copies of prior records or reports.

Reconnect

A future reconnection requires a new Intuit authorization and approval by the QuickBooks company administrator.
