AJEA Ledger Bridge Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

AJEA Group Inc. operates AJEA Ledger Bridge, a private, user-directed connector for QuickBooks Online. This policy explains how information is handled when the connector is used.

Information processed

The connector may process the connected QuickBooks company identifier, OAuth credentials and tokens, and the accounting information needed for a task specifically requested by the authorized company administrator. Diagnostic logs may contain the request date and time, method, relative API path, response status, error category, and Intuit transaction identifier (intuit_tid). Logs are designed to exclude OAuth credentials, tokens, request bodies, and QuickBooks response bodies.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the authorized user, perform requested bookkeeping workflows, maintain the connection, prevent or troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal or security obligations. QuickBooks information is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Service providers

Intuit provides QuickBooks Online and OAuth authorization. Cloudflare provides the public HTTPS callback relay used during Intuit authorization; the relay performs a no-storage redirect to the authorized local connector. OpenClaw and OpenAI may provide the user-directed assistant interface needed to complete a requested workflow. These services are used only as needed for the original customer's benefit and are not authorized to use QuickBooks information for AJEA Group advertising or resale.

Storage and retention

Client credentials, company identifiers, and OAuth tokens are encrypted with Windows data protection for the current authorized Windows user. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the connection, requested bookkeeping purpose, troubleshooting, security, or legal obligations. Authorization tokens may be revoked by disconnecting the app.

Security

AJEA Group uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted credential storage, OAuth state validation, limited API scope, bounded retries, software updates, and logs that omit sensitive accounting payloads. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

The QuickBooks company administrator may disconnect the connector through QuickBooks Online and may request assistance with access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions by contacting AJEA Group. Some accounting records may need to remain in QuickBooks or business records where required by law or legitimate bookkeeping obligations.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the connector or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
