AJEA Ledger Bridge Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement
Effective September 3, 2026
These terms govern use of AJEA Ledger Bridge, a private QuickBooks Online connector operated by AJEA Group Inc. By authorizing or using the connector, the authorized user agrees to these terms.
Limited license
AJEA Group grants the authorized QuickBooks company administrator a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the connector for internal, lawful bookkeeping workflows. No ownership rights are transferred.
Authorized use
The user must have authority to access and act for the connected QuickBooks company, protect account access, review the company shown during Intuit authorization, and provide accurate instructions. The connector performs accounting actions only in response to user direction. The user remains responsible for reviewing transactions, reports, tax treatment, supporting documents, backups, and the accuracy of the QuickBooks company.
Prohibited use
The connector may not be used to violate law, access another party's company without authorization, bypass Intuit security, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, resell QuickBooks data, or use the connector for payment processing, lending, investment advice, or other regulated activity not expressly supported.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online and authorization are provided by Intuit and remain subject to Intuit's terms and policies. OpenClaw and OpenAI may provide parts of the user-directed assistant interface. Availability or changes to third-party services may affect the connector.
Privacy and security
Use of information is described in the AJEA Ledger Bridge Privacy Policy. The connector uses safeguards including encrypted local credential storage and restricted logging, but no technology is completely free of risk.
Availability and disclaimer
The connector is provided for private bookkeeping assistance on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AJEA Group disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every QuickBooks feature will be available under every subscription plan.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AJEA Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the connector, Intuit service interruptions, inaccurate user instructions, or failure to review QuickBooks records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and disconnection
The user or AJEA Group may stop use of the connector at any time. The user may revoke authorization through QuickBooks Online. Disconnection stops future API access but does not automatically reverse prior accounting entries.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the connector or legal requirements change. New York law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
